Our Patient Volunteer Committee gives scoliosis patients a meaningful way to give back by supporting SSS throughout the year on a variety of projects and campaigns. Volunteers help create social media content, assist with fundraising events, spread scoliosis awareness, and contribute to developing new educational materials for newly diagnosed patients and their families—all while earning signed volunteer hours for school or community requirements, along with recommendation letters when appropriate.

If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer and meet majority of our requirements, please fill out our volunteer form below.

Requirements:

  1. Have experience using major social media platforms for outreach, engagement, and content promotion

  3. Possess strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
