Why Attend This Webinar?
The Surgeon Performance Program (SPP) is a free, quality improvement registry designed to help optimize surgeon performance and improve patient outcomes in the surgical treatment of pediatric spinal abnormalities. SPP has partnered with POSNA to create the first POSNA-supported QI registry, the Surgeon Quality Improvement Database (SQID). Both programs offer participants dashboard reports, which provide real-time, comparative practice data for the identification and promotion of best practices and shared learning.

The SPP/SQID EPIC SmartForms Webinar will demonstrate the SmartForms that the experts at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital developed for the SPP/SQID registry. Dr. Brandon Ramo and his team will show what they developed in EPIC to streamline their data collection and submission to SPP/SQID as well as how to roll out these SmartForms at other institutions. This webinar is open for all to attend, however, it is strongly recommended that surgeons include their institution’s EPIC analysts for a better understanding of the EPIC SmartForm build.
