What Is the Surgeon Performance Program (SPP)?

The SPP is a free, quality improvement registry designed to help optimize surgeon performance and improve patient outcomes in the surgical treatment of pediatric spinal abnormalities. SPP has partnered with POSNA to create the first POSNA-supported QI registry, the Surgeon Quality Improvement Database (SQID). Both programs offer participants dashboard reports, which provide real-time, comparative practice data for the identification and promotion of best practices and shared learning.
