After attending his first Scoliosis Research Society meeting in 2003 and reconnecting with the surgeon who performed his own epiphysiodesis as a child, Ross’s personal and professional passion for pediatric deformity was born.
Ross has spent over 20 years as an executive within the healthcare industry – the majority of which has been related to spinal deformity, where he has led the development of some of the world’s leading implant systems, as well as supported numerous research, educational and patient advocacy initiatives. He has held a variety of leadership positions at NuVasive, Johnson & Johnson, K2M, Inc., and Tandem Diabetes Care and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Noctrix Health, and as President of the Mentality Group, a boutique training, consulting, and corporate events firm.
Ross is originally from the Boston area, but now resides in San Diego with his wife Katie and their three children, Declan, Kennedy, and Sloane.
