Jeanne Loo joined the SSS Patient Support Committee in 2026, and we are truly thankful to have her as part of our community. Jeanne brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a genuine dedication to helping patients and families who may be facing the emotional and physical challenges of scoliosis. As she continues her volunteer journey with us, she is committed to connect, and offer meaningful support to those who need it most.

Jeanne was diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age but did not undergo spinal fusion until adulthood. Her experience—spanning childhood monitoring, years of uncertainty, and eventually major surgery—shaped her perspective in powerful ways. The resilience she built throughout her recovery, both physically and mentally, fuels her passion for ensuring other patients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their own healing process.

We are honored that Jeanne chooses to share her time, energy, and heart with our mission. Her compassion, steady insight, and uplifting positivity continue to make a lasting impact on our team and the families we serve.
