After attending his first Scoliosis Research Society meeting in 2003 and reconnecting with the surgeon who performed his own epiphysiodesis as a child, Ross’s personal and professional passion for pediatric deformity was born.
Ross has spent over 20 years as an executive within the healthcare industry – the majority of which has been related to spinal deformity, where he has led the development of some of the world’s leading implant systems, as well as supported numerous research, educational and patient advocacy initiatives. He has held a variety of leadership positions at Exalta, NuVasive, Johnson & Johnson, K2M, Inc., Tandem Diabetes Care and Noctrix Health.
