Suken joined the Harms Study Group as a surgeon member in 2005 and has been an active participant in four prospective research studies. He is currently Division Chief of the Spine and Scoliosis Service and Clinical Fellowship Director at the Nemours/Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware, while serving as Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his orthopedic training at Thomas Jefferson University, with fellowship training at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Scoliosis Research Society and serves as chair of the Program Committee. He is also an active member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America with positions on the Treasurer’s Committee, One-Day Course Committee, and Industry Relations Committee. He resides in Wilmington, Delaware and joined the board in 2011.
